This is probably, to date, one of the more spicy concoctions I have come up with. Primarily, we use it in recipes as an ingredient or as a marinade. It also makes a great condiment to a dish such as the quinoa loaf. Be warned, this is a very hot sauce. For those who enjoy a nice kick, go ahead, I dare you to try this! It will last for two weeks in fridge.
6 habenero peppers, diced
2 very ripe peaches, diced
1/4 cup spicy yellow mustard
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp paprika (smoked gives it even more of a bite)
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp allspice
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or Vitamix and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Enjoy!
